Journal Activities

1. Have you ever felt anxiety or fear before a race, game or performance? IF so, how did you cover come these feelings?
2. Explain a time when you were in the "zone." How did you get to this place (ie. training, practice, focus...etc).
3. Explain a time when you have been stressed out. Did you ever feel any of these symptoms (listed in booklet)?
4. Explain a time in your life where you needed to set goals in order to accomplish something.
